Our chapter entitled “Extended Spearman and Kendall Coefficients for Gene Annotation List Correlation”, written by me, Marco Masseroli and Eleonora Ciceri, has been published in the Springer Lecture Notes in Bioinformatics (LNBI) book of the Computational Intelligence Methods for Bioinformatics and Biostatistics (CIBB) 2014 conference selected papers.
Our paper accepted at CIBB 2014
They just informed us that our paper entitled “Correlation of Gene Function Annotation Lists through Enhanced Spearman and Kendall Measures” written mainly by me, by Eleonora Ciceri and Marco Masseroli, just got accepted at CIBB 2014 – the 11th International Meeting on Computational Intelligence Methods for Bioinformatics and Biostatistics.
The conference will take place in Cambridge (United Kingdom) at the end of June 2014. See you there!

A paper entitled “Improved Biomolecular Annotation Prediction through Weighting Scheme Methods” written by Pietro Pinoli, Marco Masseroli and me, was accepted at CIBB 2013, the 10th International Meeting on Computational Intelligence Methods for Bioinformatics and Biostatistics.
The conference will be held in Nice (Côte d’Azur, France, EU) next June. See you in Nice!
